He wins games. There’s no arguing that point.
I’m just not ready to hear a lecture about culture from a coach who’s players (including Aaron Hernandez) were arrested 31 times in 6 seasons while at Florida.
There are better examples.

I am not saying that having a team of knuckleheads is desirable or looks good in the public eye, but I don't think that my definition of culture and yours is the same. See my previous post on the thread for how I view it. There is a difference in culture at Florida or Illinois. Remove the actions of the players off the field and the culture doesn't change. Heck even the .500 teams in the SEC sell more tickets than Illinois. That's culture to me.

FWIW I can't stand Urban.
