Tough loss for MS tonight. We gave up 2 onside kicks and a fumble that we just couldn’t overcome. If you told me we wouldn’t punt all game and lose I’d call you crazy. Anyway congrats to GW. I’d give their kicker the MVP tonight. He was outstanding. Congrats to the MS seniors on an amazing couple of seasons. Good luck to Beast and Hollywood. I hope you guys play each other.

Fun Rudy fact: In the film, the Joliet Catholic practices were filmed with Mount Carmel players at old St. Rita Stadium

Look at the stands on the right side and the wall at the end of the end zone. That was the 12th defender. Underneath the stands where classrooms with theater seating and two labs. It was like the U of C with the first chain reaction. If the chemistry lab went up at least the main building didn't get damaged.

Remember as a freshman sitting in those stands at lunch time being pelted with snowballs by the seniors.
