. . . this time. Led Stephen Austin University to the Round of 32 on two occasions, I believe. I'd say that's impressive in itself when probably a 13 seed or higher.

Offense is his "thing." No more 34 - 33 losses to Penn State anymore! Woo-hoo!

You'd have to believe guys like Finke, JCL, Damonte Williams and DJ Williams will thrive in Underwood's offense.

I do agree that there is potential for them to thrive, but I also believe some of these guys might not see the court. BU will be holding players accountable--they better get with his system. He seems like a "no nonsense" kind of coach.

Having watched more film than I care to admit about Underwood's offense, I don't see how Tilmon (gaudy ranking and all) fits into the flow and I won't miss the drama if he does bail for mizzoo.

That being said, I'd love it if the coaching staff were able to get Justin Smith to flip from Indiana....he looks to have the perfect skill set to thrive in this offense.
