Josh was in Chicagoland this past weekend to cover both the Boom event along with my own Showcase. We had terrific overall numbers and the PM session was maybe the best overall talent level I've had in my over decade of hosting these events.

They are just babies getting their feet wet. The biggest class of lineman ever in ESL. The only other class that was close was Terry Beckner 6'3 260 and Lester Cotton 6'5 290. The third kid that was 6'5 240 as a Freshman got shot and couldn't play ball after his Freshman year.

I was thinking the same - especially because of the outside chatter after this year’s barnburner. It’s a shame they will take the whipping intended for another squad or two.
