It’s been happening all year. The Bears defense seems to only play tough in the red zone. Open your eyes.
They haven't given up more than 21 points all year. Who cares when they play tough as long as they keep teams out of the end zone and continue to give the team a chance to win?

If the Bears end up winning 10-9 the defense did a great job keeping them out of the endzone.

If we’re a great defense we don’t lose that kind of field position. Yes it’s great keeping them out of the end zone but you can’t be happy to give them 60 yards almost every possession.

Keeping them out of the endzone is all that matters! They could give up 800 yards and if they have more points than the other team it's a win, regardless of how many yards they gave up.
I am not disagreeing about keeping them out of the end zone but a great defense doesn’t gives up a ton yards in the middle of the field.
Oh yeah, it appears yards given up is taken into account as to whether it's actually a win or a loss.
Not blaming the defense just not happy they can’t play tough until they get in the red zone.
You know which team averages giving up the fewest yards so far this season? The mighty 1-6 Tennessee Titans!! So tell me again how not allowing yards leads to wins.
Yeah, sure. Can always do better, but Washington leads the NFL at over 31 ppg. They don’t suck.

Listen I am not disagreeing keeping the team out of the end zone isn’t great. I am saying by giving up a ton of yards in the middle of the field is putting the offense in poor field position. In any case go Bears.
They've kicked 4 FGs so they kicked off after those meaning the Bears have had average field position on about half their possessions.
