Fifteen Illinois High School football programs won at least 100 games over the last decade (2010-2019). Here is the list along with the number of games won.

1. Rochester - 128 wins
2. Sterling Newman Central Catholic - 115
3. Maroa-Forsyth - 114
4. Loyola - 112
5. Lena-Winslow - 110
6. Lincoln-Way East - 109
7. Glenbard West - 108
8. Mt. Carmel - 106
8. Sacred Heart - Griffin - 106
10. Montini - 105
10. Williamsville - 105
12. Batavia - 101
12. Prairie Ridge - 101
14. Maine South - 100
14. Cary-Grove - 100

Williamsville is the only name that surprised me a little bit, despite winning last year's 3A championship. The consistency displayed by these 15 programs is extraordinary and very commendable.

Any idea how many ESL has won? Is there a complete list available?
The Flyers present an interesting case because they have lost quite a few games by forfeit over the last decade. They have 14 losses by forfeiture, 4 games that were not played in 2015 and 10 games that they played and won in 2010, but later had to forfeit. No matter how one counts though, they did not reach the 100 win threshold. Using just on-the-field results, regardless of subsequent forfeitures, they won a total of 93 games over the last 10 years.
I did not use a specific list, but some baseline numbers can be found at the illinoisfootballratings.com site.

Taking a slightly different angle when looking at the last decade, 20 high schools have won multiple state football championships. Here is the list. When ranking the schools, the first tie breaker was the school with the more recent championship, and the second tie breaker was the school that won the championship at a higher class level.

1. Rochester - 8 championships
2. Lena-Winslow - 4
3. Montini - 4
4. Mt. Carmel - 3
5. Sterling Newman Central Catholic - 3
6. Nazareth - 3
7. IC Catholic - 3
8. Forreston - 3
9. Prairie Ridge - 3
10. Lincoln-Way East - 2
11. East St. Louis - 2
12. Loyola - 2
13. Gibson City - 2
14. Batavia - 2
15. Phillips - 2
16. Maine South - 2
17. Glenbard West - 2
18. Sacred Heart - Griffin - 2
19. Aurora Christian - 2
20. Rockford Boylan - 2

The list includes 11 public schools and 9 private schools, which is a fairly even split.

Although it is acknowledged that Rochester competes at the 4A and 5A levels in the playoffs (as opposed to the tougher 8A and 7A levels), still, their dominance over the last decade has been incredible.

All.... One year at the 5A level. (last season) Ratsy

If Naz didn't have that 3 win season in 2010 we'd be in.
They also had a bit of a down year in 2016 when they went 6-5. They lost in the second round of the 5A playoffs to Vernon Hills. That was the year Peoria won the 5A championship.

Williamsville isn't that surprising...3A South has generally been Williamsville or the conference survivor of St. Joe Ogden / Tolono Unity / Monticello (and there were years those three went north...Monticello was a 9-0 six seed in the North semis in 16 - with IC's monster team the 1, Wilmo 4, Byron 5).

No surprise there is no 3A North team on the list...Wilmington 95 wins, Byron 83, IC 92...But when you look at the 3A North title game teams...2 Byron, 2 Stillman Valley - same conference...2 IC, McNamara - same conference...Aurora Christian 2...Wilmo. The North just beats itself up, and throw in Sterling Newman for a few years. And 7 of those title game contenders aren't 3A anymore...

I think I was surprised a bit because, upon further research, I see Williamsville took a different path to its 100+ victories than most of the other teams on the list. The program had numerous unbeaten regular seasons (in a very tough small-school conference) but only made it past the quarterfinals in two of the last ten seasons. It was this last fact that produced my surprise. Generally to make the list programs had to have numerous long runs in the playoffs, making the semifinals and finals frequently and winning multiple championships. Williamsville's only two appearances in the semifinals were last year's championship and the 2014 championship game loss to Wilmington.
Nevertheless, the program's consistent excellence has been remarkable and it is very deserving to be on the list. I think they have had only one season in the last decade where they lost more than two games.
