Traditional hockey powers:
Loyola
Glenbrook North
New Trier Blue
New Trier Green
Providence
Fenwick
I know there have been more than just this but the top 4 have been among the best in the state since the 1980’s
And 4 New Trier teams
Interesting they put Green, Blue and White up in top tier, but only Green is still alive after 1st round. (Gray is in 2nd tier.)And 4 New Trier teams

Daily Herald says there were around 13,000 in attendance at the game in the United Center. I concur with that estimation. Lower level was around 95% full. Middle level was about 80% full. Upper level was vacant. Several sky boxes were occupied. The place seats 20,000 for hockey.
Great atmosphere. Pleasantly surprised that I did not hear any negative chanting from either student section.
Loyola does not play in the CCHL.
I saw one Stevenson student escorted from his front row seat for flipping the bird to the Loyola student body in the 200 level. Not sure if he was relocated or asked to leave the building.Daily Herald says there were around 13,000 in attendance at the game in the United Center. I concur with that estimation. Quags, last hockey state title game I was at was LA vs LFA around 20 years ago and LFA was the far better team that day.
To be fair, the 4-OT semifinal between LA and NT on Friday night/Saturday morning took its toll on LA that Sunday.
