From the 618......now this is interesting

This is great for both the college coach and HS coach. Rather than needing to find time for 50 college coaches to come by the school…this allows them to knock out a bunch in one night. Illinois isn’t known for having recruiting nights like this but they are very common in Florida, TX and California.

From the 618......now this is interesting

Building a relationship with the HS Head Coach. His voice is #1 to the college coaches.

    Bears

Intangibles is #1....by a wide margin. Everything is overhyped by the media and guru's. It's debatable but the (3) best QB's off all time are probably - Tom Brady, Joe Montana & Peyton Manning. None had rocket arms or were athletic. But they had great intangibles, great leaders and extremely...

    Big hire at Rolling Meadows

If he does well it’ll be because he understands how to win and motivate young people and rally a community. Playing in the NFL for as long as he has I’m sure he’s learned how to do these things along the way.

    Big hire at Rolling Meadows

Any NFL vets taken over at a public school before? Usually it attracts players to private schools when they go that route. Any idea what his connection to RM was?

    Bears

No one wants that. Facts are only a small % of high drafted qbs actually pan out and some qbs come out of no where. because of that, the thought of trading the pick and still drafting a qb early is intriguing.

    Bears

Caleb Williams wasn’t on the table. That’s the difference this year They gave up all that for a 1-AA prospect

    DC's 1st, 2nd, 3rd and next years 1st is pretty good.

    Bears

The 49ers traded 3 first round picks to Miami to trade up and get Trey Lance. Working out fine for them.

    Bears

I'm leaning more and more of the direction to trade the pick and still get a QB. 1st round QB's only hit a small portion of the time. Trade the pick if someone is going to give you something ridiculous and still get a QB. Any chance the Bears trade the pick and get a ransom of picks in...

    Bears

Saw this on ESPN today. What would you do? Option 1 - Draft Caleb Williams Option 2- Trade pick to Washington and get * first round pick this year (2nd overall) * first round pick next year * this years 2nd rd pick (40th)
