Wilmo 49, Peotone 13 F

Wilmo needs a new conference Doctor D.

Running clocks till playoffs ahead for the wildcats
We will see what they do with their non con games. I think they are open both weeks.
They are not gonna leave their conference. I’m not affiliated with anything there, but I feel confident in saying that. It’s a good league. Definitely top heavy this year, but a good public school league.

SCN 21 - Batavia 45 F

STN was simply overmatched in terms of coaching….Plumb is an incredible talent…a great kid…from a great family… and should play Power 4 ball…. If his awful HC at STN doesn’t get him killed first!!!!

The HC at STN is not good and has been blessed with talent, which he pisses away year after year. He is a horrible person to his players and ALWAYS puts himself 1st. The college coaches hate him and think he’s a joke.

This guy thinks he’s so good that markets himself to other schools (in and out of state) as a coaching guru… and makes money (not sure who would pay) using his position as the HC at STN to do that.

See….3rd and 5 two years ago bs St. Rita in the semi finals…..you will understand how bad he is.

Ya… I know this too well from experience.

Congrats to Batavia… well coached and classy!

CS8 Predictions-Week 4

Finals
Jacksonville 76 Lanphier 14.

Springfield 51 Southeast 24.

QND 37 SHG 7. Not shocked that QND won but am at the margin of their victory. QND is setting themselves up for a deep run in the 2A playoffs. Really believed the Cyclones personnel changes made last week were setting them up for success.

MacArthur 55 Eisenhower 12.

U High 52 Lincoln 0.

Chatham 45 Rochester 17. The Titans dominated from the start and in all aspects. Rochester's Defense, which was a bright spot through three games, got no pressure on Knoedler and gave up multiple deep pass plays. Knoedler's accuracy on "jump ball" throws to his 6'7" WR was very impressive. The Rocket Defense got two stops all night, one at the end of the game when Chatham was running out the clock. Really no positives on the Rocket side and another QB lost to injuries. Eli Carlson, who is also a starting LB/DB, was hurt in the 2nd quarter and on crutches on the sidelines afterwards. Lots of corrective action needed before next week when Rochester faces another good passing attack in U High. Finally, Chatham won this impressively without star WR Blake Lehnen who did not dress.

St. Rita 31 @ St. Francis 13 Final

Just a hold on a run call from the line judge on opp side. But 1st drive of game the same line judge called a hold on StF. So not saying anything bad by official, just laughing at what line judges have to go through all game
Do you know what that other call was when Herman got the first down just past the 50-yard line. Official threw a flag at the end of the play, walked Rita off for 15 yards, but Rita still kept the first down.
